Why is posting free?

There are still a lot of things being handled manually, and so while in beta, job postings are free of charge. This will allow us to iterate quickly and cheaply whilst trying to understand what both sides of the Rust job market truely needs, leading to a better platform for everyone.

Your ad details

In some jurisdictions it is required by law to include a salary range in job ads, but more importantly it is a good way for candidates to self-select, meaning you will not waste your time interviewing candidates who end up passing on your offer. However if you still want to keep the salary range top secret and it is not required by your jurisdiction, you can leave this blank.
